サービス内容

You can take the trial class up to twice within one month from the first trial date. ・Age Range Pre-school children 7 years old and up. (6 year olds who have already entered elementary school are also welcome) ・schedule ・Monday,Thursday and Friday:16:00-17:30 ・Monday session is bilingual (Japanese-English.) ・Thursday and Friday sessions are available in English. ・Cancellation and frequency count Cancellations must be made by the day before the class (20:00) to receive a full refund. However, cancellations made two days or more prior to the reserved class will be counted as one class. Cancellations made on the day of the class will be treated as cancellations and will not be refunded. Due to the high number of class cancellations, it has become difficult to make new reservations for classes that have already been reserved. Please make your reservation on the day you are able to come for a trial class. Please make a reservation on the day you can come for a trial class. *キャンセルポリシー 【Remida/Mieru session体験】 【Remida/Mieru session 通室コース】 ・ご予約日前日20:00までは本サイト会員マイページの＜クラス予約履歴>より、申込者ご本人様にて日程変更及びキャンセルができます。キャンセルはシステムを通じ返金いたします。 ・前日20:00を過ぎてのキャンセルは消化扱いとなり返金に応じられません。また1回分のセッションとしてカウントされます。 ・本サイト会員マイページからの手続きが難しい方はメールにての予定変更及び欠席連絡がいただけます。メール連絡は営業時間内10:00-18:00にて対応します。これによりメールでの欠席連絡は、予約セッション日の前日18:00までが日程変更可能時間となります。18:00以降のメールでのご連絡は消化扱いとなります。 【プライベートアートパーティー】 ・ご予約後のキャンセルはご予約日の31日前よりキャンセル料が発生します。 ・ご予約日の31日を過ぎてのキャンセルは貸切室料(¥1,1000-)。 ・ご予約日前々日までの人数変更（キャンセル）は貸切室料とキャンセルおひとりあたり¥1,100- ・ご予約日前日18時以降の人数変更（キャンセル）は貸切室料とキャンセルおひとりあたり¥3,300-
