体験セッションのお申込みは、ご希望日前日の18:00までとさせていただきます。
【ご予約確定の場合】
ご希望いただいた日時でそのまま確定となります。事務局からの個別のご連絡はございませんので、当日直接ラボへお越しください。
【満席・調整が必要な場合のみ】
体験セッションは、各回少人数制・定員制のため、ご希望の日時に空きがない場合がございます。
定員オーバーや日程調整が必要な場合のみ、事務局より3営業日以内にメールにてご連絡いたします。（キャンセル待ちの受付および別日程のご提案をさせていただきます。）

Applications for trial sessions must be submitted by 18:00 on the day prior to your preferred date.
[ If Your Reservation is Confirmed ]
Your booking is automatically confirmed for your requested date and time. Please note that we will not send an individual confirmation email, so please come directly to the Lab on the day of your session.
[ If Full or Adjustment is Required ]
Our trial sessions are held in small groups with limited capacity, so your preferred time slot may occasionally be fully booked.
We will only contact you via email within 3 business days if the session is full or if we need to adjust the schedule. (In such cases, we will place you on the waitlist and suggest alternative dates.)
