Miro Art Lab is an art lab (art collaborative laboratory) located in Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

There are no pre-prepared "tasks" or "curriculum," and the "little people" (children) value the sensibility that comes to their minds when they "want to try!" They decide and create by themselves using their own heads, hearts and hands. They paint on canvas, cut paper or cloth, make shapes out of clay... They are free to choose their own materials for expression.

We also gather our friends together to organize large projects, and sometimes we create art fairs and events. All of these activities are carried out by small creative people.

Our staff are not teachers, but rather act as crew members - creative navigators - accompanying young children on their creative voyage, providing them with the skills and knowledge to help them realize their ideas and supporting them during the production process.

Through the process of giving shape to their own ideas, little artists can improve their self-expression and self-esteem. By carrying out various art experiments from different perspectives based on suggestions from the crew and their peers, they can develop creative thinking with a broad perspective. We define this thinking as "artistic thinking."
We provide questions rather than answers. We are a liberal arts lab that aims for holistic development through learning by thinking with your head, feeling with your heart, and creating with your hands.
